Bonuses at City Hall: 1500 Employees Receive Between $1000 and $6200 Each

Yeah, you read that correctly!
 
I was astonished to discover today that nearly 1500 city employees in the Water and Wastewater Department will receive bonuses in the coming weeks valued at between $1000 and $6200 each.  That's on top of their existing salary and benefit compensation packages.
